Has my order shipped?
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of order date. You will receive a confirmation email notification once your item is checked in at the shipping facility.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation notice via email when your order has left the shipping facility via USPS. It will contain information to track your order.
Exchanges/Returns: No returns or refunds.
Please check our Size Chart prior to ordering.
Damaged or defective items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email info@krazeapparel.com within 30 days of the order shipment date to request an exchange. To be eligible for exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Exchanges will not be accepted without prior approval, or after 30 days of the order shipment date.
Retail Stores
Additionally, Kraze Apparel has our products in retail stores. Items purchased on this website cannot be returned or exchanged at these stores. Promotions and other offers cannot be used by other retail stores and/or their websites.
